Axle Load Calc 2012 – Axle Load Calculation program

For many years have transporters here in Sweden used our program PC Last for Windows for their requests for exemptions (permits) for heavy, wide and long transports and for calculations of axle loads and placement of load.

We are now developing the calculation program Axle Load Calc 2012 (two versions) - Standard Edition and Enterprise Edition and with the program you can perform different axle load calculations:

1. You know the placement of the loads center of gravity on the trailer (C.G. position)
and the program calculates the axle loads/fifth wheel load on the vehicle combination.

2. You can specify estimated axle load on:
-   tractor front axle/axles or
-   tractor rear axle/axles or
-   trailer axle/axles or
-   load on kingpin (fifth wheel load)
and the program calculates the loads C.G. position on the trailer and how the gross weight is distributed on the vehicle combination.

Control of vehicle technical data is submitted and at any exceedances of technical data you get warning about what has been exceeded.

Other functions:

You can calculate the fifth-wheel position for optimum axle load distribution and load capacity on: 

-   two, three and four axle tractor
-   four axle tractor with three rear axles (triple axles)
-   five axle tractor with two front axles and three rear axles (triple axles).
-   You can save axle load calculations including information about the vehicle and the cargo
-   You can save unlimited numbers of vehicles and vehicle configurations in the program
    vehicle databases
-   2 - 5 axle tractor with semi-trailer (1- 10 axles) can be calculated (Standard Edition)

With the Enterprise Edition you also can calculate module trailers (Gooseneck) with up to 18 axles.


-   The program help system contains help and examples in all screens
-   The program can be run in a local area network
