You can here download a Freeware Windows program from eSystem IT Development for calculation of transport rates.
The program calculate quickly and easy prices for all kind of transports and is based on time for the transport and estimated compensation per hour.
There are two types of calculations you can perform:
1. You can calculate prices based on estimated compensation per hour.
2. Calculate what offered prices will give you for payment per hour.
(You can set the currency to be used and if kilometers or miles shall be used)

- Quantity (number of units) default = 1.00
- Unit specification ( tons, kg, meters, m³ etc. )
- Load/unload time (minutes)
- Average speed (km/h or mph)
- Transport distance (kilometers or miles)
- Estimated compensation per hour
Results
Total transport price
Price per unit
Compensation per km or miles
Time estimated for the transport (hh:mm) Loading/unload and driving time
You can also add additional notes about the transport
